MY BACKGROUND
Hello and welcome! I am a Ph.D. Candidate and course director at York University in Toronto, Ontario. I am a forensic researcher, currently working in Dr. Regina Schuller's Psychology and Law Lab. My dissertation research focuses on how to improve police interactions with Autistic people from a social-psychological perspective. I also have several ongoing projects on police decision-making, the role of expectancy violations in wrongful convictions, the effectiveness of sadness appeals in drunk driving advertising, and technology-facilitated sexual violence.
